Sometimes homework can be hard and confusing. Sometimes this stresses you out too much. The human brain is only designed to cope with about 30 seconds of stress so spending hours stressing over your homework is VERY BAD for you. It can cause insomnia (the inability to sleep at night) and depression. So it's better to just take a breather, step back, and relax before trying again. after calming down take another look at it and try to work it out slowly.If you're still having problems ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP. I cannot stress that enough. If you don't understand something Always ask your teacher or a friend to explain it to you. Kill the problem before you spend all your time worrying about it.
